Summer Haze

Rosé, with a different point of view.

Chardonnay with a splash of Syrah in this fresh, aromatic take on Rosé. Whole bunches of Syrah were suspended above fermenting Chardonnay before being blended, bringing colour and aromatic interest. Grapefruit, mandarin and fresh strawberry balance bright acidity with a gentle touch of sweetness. A little unexpected, like summer in a glass.

Otherside

Meet the other side of Chardonnay.

No oak here. Otherside takes hand-harvested Chardonnay down a different path, using carbonic maceration to bring out its playful, aromatic character. Floral notes meet peach and lychee in a wine that’s weighty yet lively, with energy flowing across the palate. Familiar grape, fresh perspective.

Vesper

Two varieties. One bright idea.

The power of Escaroth Chardonnay meets the aromatic lift and racy acidity of Riesling. This 2026 co-ferment brings together 74% Chardonnay and 26% Riesling, both hand harvested from dry-farmed vines in Taylor Pass, Marlborough. A meeting of depth and freshness, made for those who like to explore something a little different.
